Anyone who has done DIY exhaust work knows how frustrating it can be to receive a component with a dented connector, or that pipe that "almost" fits, but doesn't. Well, this tool will make sure you never have to be frustrated again. It's a little chunk of change, but it beats having your work done by someone else, and maybe not to your liking.
I even have a use not mentioned. Usually the female connector is not open enough for the pipe. But how about when it has been opened too much? I used to just crank down on the clamp which would hold, but would be really ugly. I sometimes used two clamps to insure a seal. Now, just stretch the male pipe a tiny bit and get a snug fit that looks great.
Yeah, I'm an old picky gearhead, but Lisle has made me smile!
