I have several Kasa products in the house including 3 dimmers, 1 3-way switch, and 2 outlet pulgs. I installed these three switches but had a problem with one switch. After spending lots of time resetting it, the settings would not hold. So I contacted their tech support. It was very good and they finally agreed to replace the faulty switch. However, they will not replace the individual switch only all three switches. This is a bad call. Do not make life more difficult for your customers. Just send me the one switch that is bad. Instead, I will have to go through the hassle of removing and replacing 2 switches that work fine. If you want them to ship it to you then you have to pay $15 - why would I do that when I could buy a new switch for that amount.
