Customer Review

Lacks references. An unconscionable error. There were some pretty difficult-to-believe assertions and descriptions of studies without citations. It’s too bad because sleep really is important and there is good science out there on the topic. This book doesn’t give us access to that however. I can’t believe how few people have mentioned this glaring omission.

If a small publisher had released a book like this without footnotes, endnotes, or works cited/bibliography, they’d never be taken seriously again. Like, NEVER, ever. As a medical provider who cares a lot about good sleep and good sleep science, I find it horrifying that this has been overlooked.
