I like the way my hair feels and smells with this shampoo. My stylist also liked the condition of my hair. She uses the oil for her customers already, and is now planning to try some of the other products.
My only complaint at this time is - I have reordered product and received wrong product, my only option that was given me on the exchange/return page was to return it, which I have done, hoping it was going to give an exchange option as I progressed. It did not ever come up as an option. So now when I reorder it the price is $5 higher than I originally paid. Mistakes happen I am ok with the mix up BUT I do not think I should have to reorder product and pay more for someone else's mistake, it should be an even exchange.
