My son and his family live in New Zealand. IN 2016 I sent them an Amazon Gift Card for Christmas with no hassles or issues other than it's limited use. The point is, they got the card. I decided to do the same again this year so I followed the instructions and sent them a gift card for $250.00. Although nothing has changed in the past year the first time I tried sending, it failed to go through and be delivered. I should have realized then I might be better off to just wire them money but I use Amazon quite a bit for business and personal purchases and have always found service to be very good. Until now. The card shows as sent but my son called last night to advise me that nothing has been received. He has checked his e-mail, junk folders, etc and has found nothing. I am 100% certain there is a glitch somewhere, but I do believe that I'd just as soon cancel the order and get my money back if it cannot be delivered.
