Took 12 hours to process my order - minus 1 star because the point of this is to get quickly. Of course that could be due to my credit card. Who knows?
Taking off another star because of the glitchy balance transfer. I received the email, clicked the link which brought up iTunes and asks me what I want to do with the balance. I selected to apply to iTunes balance but no funds appear to be added. Trying again to manually enter the code gives a “code has been redeemed” error. Then I spend 40 minutes with various customer support specialists only to find, IF I LOGGED OFF AND RELOGGED BACK INTO ITUNES the balance would update to show the funds had been applied to my account.
I hope this helps someone. I will purchase this again in the future as a 12 hour delay is better than snail-mail, and ultimately it works.
