If you think I am exaggerating the issue, go on line and look at all the YouTube videos of people having the same problem and getting no help from Yeti. What fixes one may not fix another; nothing but a $129 paper weight. The mic may or may not be a good product; when it doesn't work how can you tell? Had mine since April and have not been able to get it to work properly. Twice I have ask Yeti for support help and twice they have not acknowledge my request let alone give help. The problem is a high frequency whine. I am not alone, if you check the internet this is a recurring problem for many people. The people who don't seem to have an issue are those in professional studios. It is sad that a company that is supposedly making quality products won't help their customers. Shame on Yeti. Update I found a phone number for Yeti support and called it. Guess what? No matter when or what time of day you call the answer is always the same; "The person is unavailable." Guess what? This makes the situation "unbelievable."
