Yes, it's a cookbook and a fitness book (and I would buy just for these 2 pieces!), but it goes one step further... these girls hold your hand in a 4-week program as you figure out the best food and fitness plan for you. BONUS: amazing food photos and easy-to-follow fitness demo photos. A great resource for anyone looking to improve their health!
