Bags are nice and large (bigger than expected!!!!). They also have a strong sealed opening that can be open and closed like a Ziplock bag with clips – a must-have for brining your turkey. Also loved that it package includes cooking twine so I didn’t have to waste time to go out and buy a roll. Great tool for the thanksgiving turkey thing.
