Customer Review

I have more Gs than anything: one for the vehicle, one for the leather 4-pack (GACD), and one around the house to pick up and play. I KNOW...most of you believe that a C is the best Every Day Carry or beginner harp but G is best because the higher holes blow easier than any of the regular keys. I don't know how C got started, probably because it IS a good key to start on piano--no sharps or flats--all white keys. But on harp it's a squeaky toy compared to a G and has probably discouraged many a beginner, but I digress....

Of all my 25 or so good quality harps, Bushman, Suzuki, Lee Oskar, Seydel, Hohner, I'd have to say this is the most forgiving to play. It blows clean and seems to require less tilting to subtly reach an adjacent hole. The sound is very good, not as raspy as my Delta Frosts or Bluesmasters but less sterile than the LOs and Olives, just right says Goldilox.

I'll be buying another one in C.
