Something is definitely defective with this router. We have only had it a month and it doesn't send a signal to WI FI. We have had our TV cable/Internet serviceman come to our house 3 times in the last month thinking it was something with their connection. Finally we unhooked our NEW Router and put an old one we had from the Cable Service and we now have WI FI. So I would like if you could please send us another one that is not defective and so we will not have any interruption in our WI FI connection. Please send me the procedure for returning the one we presently have. Please with NO SHIPPING Charge.
