For a budget model 4 inch phone the BLU Advance A4 is not bad. I have had no issues using it as a phone, both calls and text. And no issues with Wifi. I consider it a step above a flip phone. I went with the phone due to small size, the fact that it is unlocked for GSMA/AT&T supported SIM cards, and that it has 16gb storage. I am using Red Pocket $5 plan. I have been somewhat disappointed as it does not support GPS Apps (location is thru Wifi/carrier), it is Android Go which means Notification issues with certain Apps, and performance lags at times on some Apps. I have a 4 inch Alcatel and 4.5 inch Alcatel with comparable specs and their performance is slightly better. They cost me $10 each but unfortunately are not unlocked. The BLU Advance A4 is a good basic phone but would not recommend if you plan to do browsing and other functions not related to calls or texting.
