What a GREAT book! I am very interested in overall health and living and being well in our hectic environment today. I already had a basis of Ayurvedic lifestyle after it resonating with me in the past. This book is a great culmination of all the best ways to live your life healthier and is VERY EASY to read. It only took me 2 weeks to read after my 50 hour work week. You will learn a lot of reasons as to why to do things and for me, it really hit home, because I already knew most of these aspects about how I should be living but just need to re-evaluate my day to day to be a better me. I tried the core aspects of what Dr. Suhas mentioned in regards to exercise in the am, eating at 12, and being more mindful on sleep. I did that for a week and noticed a difference in energy, sleep, bowel movements, and mental clarity. I have already recommended this book to 4 other people and bought one for another friend.
