I purchased the item back in December 2017 and did not have it installed until January or February. January of 2020 the Navigation system went out. Did all the testing and even replaced GPS antenna. Still nothing. Finally decided to call Pioneer as I had been communicating by email. Took the vehicle in and they said it was internal. Spoke to representative at Pioneer and was told out of warranty and I could send in for repairs and pay out of pocket. Already put in over $200 for dx and new antenna. Surprised they do not back up their products. Would not purchase again. The representative did not even ask for my previous case number.
