There is a lot of repeated information about the Plant Paradox Diet from the book that seem like page fillers. The recipes contain difficult to find ingredients. I live in a decent sized city, but pasture raised chicken is nearly impossible to find, and no one sells cassava flour. Who sells pomegranite molasses? They do not include substitutions, and purchasing these items online make this the most expensive diet I have ever tried. The recipes are also very time consuming. They include kale salad as a main dish. Who can get full off of kale? This cookbook is a joke, and I feel like a fool for purchasing it. I'm really disappointed with this purchase.
