1/2 scoop Orgain peanut butter protein powder
1 tbsp almond butter
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp extra virgin coconut oil

Heat oil in a pan
Add everything else into a zip lock sandwich bag and seal the bag
Mash everything up with your hands
Cut the corner off the bag and squeeze mixture into the pan

Enjoy yourself a very healthy and delicious banana nut pancake!
