This is a great deal. As you can buy them from other retailers for 2x the price. My only issue is not with the colored print cartridge which still remains 90% full. My issue is with the black ink cartridge which is supposed to be full as I have only used it a few times but it is indeed almost completely empty. I bought them together yet one is almost gone? Seems fishy. Buyer beware.
Hi Kyle Porter, sorry to hear you are experiencing a cartridge problem. HP recommends that you use genuine HP ink or toner supplies. HP cannot guarantee the quality or reliability of non-HP or refilled cartridges. The actual yield varies considerably based on the content of the printed pages, the frequency of printing, ink used in set-up etc. Have you tried following the troubleshooting steps, black not printing: http://hp.care/2pw1Jl1 such as cleaning the electrical contacts. If this does not resolve the problem I would recommend contacting HP Support: http://hp.care/2n7FIsS Note that you will need to provide the Warranty Ends date of the cartridge.
