Give Me Tomorrow is the epic story of the US Marines of George Company fighting the Chinese and North Koreans at the Chosin Reservoir which is in North Korea today. The story is told through the eyes of a few of the marines and the action leaps off the page at the reader from the first page. I had read other accounts of this struggle at the Frozen Chosin before but this one is the one that touches me the most. Give Me Tomorrow has more details of the famed retreat through Hagaru, such as the rebuilding of the only bridge into and out of the Chosin Reservoir, which the Chinese had blown up to try to trap the marines, to the port of Wonson and the troop ships waiting there for the marines. I found nothing about this story to dislike. I am in awe.
