Great product. I usually use expensive waterproof makeup removers (Merle Norman, etc) or even Almay wipes in a tight spot because I have such sensitive skin. I ordered the small bottle to give it a try and I've been using this for a little over a couple weeks now. It easily removes waterproof eye makeup if you follow their directions (pink/red cap, as I haven't tried the blue cap).and it doesn't burn or irritate my eyes. Other more expensive cleansers take multiple times to get off my eye makeup. I typically use this twice a day- after gym, and nightly and my skin has cleared up significantly. No burning, no breakouts and one quick & easy step! I can always tell I'm left with super clean skin. Love it!
