Was sent a defective extinguisher with a bent handle and no charge in the extinguisher. I went to a certified fire extinguisher retailer to see if they could fix/recharge it and they said it was faulty and had a leak. Am unable to return the item per whatever policy is in place even though I had ordered it only 10 days ago. I do not feel comfortable replacing parts on something that could be used to save my home or my family's life.
