Throughly enjoyable way to spend pandemic evenings at home and good for all family members. There’s history, geography, and a lesson in how archeological teams work. A big plus, it’s amusing and fun. For Americans I suggest getting out a map of Great Britain (Actually most shows are in England.) and finding the site on the map before watching. As a child, I thought of prehistoric people as being very different from me. Looking at the beautiful and functional tools, it’s clear that they were very intelligent. I’ve watched nine seasons and enjoyed each show. Maybe the shows, (two so far) where caves full of bones are explored, are too gory for children.
