I like the G Shock watches and wear them because I spend a lot of time in situations wear the crystal might get scratched HOWEVER, my issues have been with the bands, they are not made to be easily replaceable. WORSE yet, the customer service is amongst the worst that I've ever seen. My last watch was 18 months old and they insisted that I had to spend another $75 to get a new one. Not only would they not give me a decent discount, I was never able to speak with a manager. I couldn't get past the entry level phone bots. I've been in the retail business for 40 years and I go out of my way to make sure my customers are happy but not so at Casio. Beware!
