I bought this book in the hopes that it would give me a little more insight into troubled mother/daughter relationships due to mental illness and it's effects on sufferers and loved ones alike. I was expecting a journey into the depths of mental dispair; a first hand account of living with someone with a mental illness... I was at least expecting a complete story. What I got seemed like an abbreviated version that only alluded to certain key factors in the story. Any great story has a beginning, a middle and an end but unfortunately this was not a great story and there was most definitley no end or satisfaction for the reader. I feel like I bought a book and was handed a half of it. I feel ripped off and extremely disappointed!
