I just wish to up date my review... I am still not happy but at least they got back to me.. I moved down the hall to a different apartment so my package wasn't delivered... more to blame carrier..but I had e-mailed the dealer previously asking where our order was and told , by e-mail it was shipped...so after 1 month from ordering I find out it's because I moved down the hall...Serously the only thing that changed was my apt number... go figure.. just my kind of luck.. sorry to the dealer.
