If you sit at a desk all day or for a good part of the day, buy this book. It's great! It talks about how terrible bad posture and sitting are for your overall health, what good posture looks like (while at your workspace and just walking around), helps with setting up an effective workspace, goes through different checks to see where you have limited ranges of motion related to sitting all day, and a detailed walk through of how to mobilize all the different parts of your body. So far I've only skimmed the first parts but have been going through the mobilization section (foam rolling and stretches) almost every day for the last two weeks and it helps tremendously. I have a lot of pain and stiffness in my upper back between my shoulder blades from hunching over a computer and after two weeks it feels ten times better. The information in the book is well worth the money.
