Like many others here, I purchased this due to the raving reviews it had. I unboxed the monitor and was impressed with the size and design. On boot up, the crisp colors jumped off the screen. After about 15 minutes of use playing a video game, I noticed a flickering box every 5 - 10 minutes. Once this persisted, I tried different HDMI cables and adjusting all settings but nothing seemed to work. I reached out to Sceptre customer service hoping they would work with me since I really liked the product. In short, they told me they could ship it in for repairs with a 3 week turn around at the shortest, or I could return to Amazon. Needless to say, I am disappointed with how it played out. I will likely look to another brand.
