I gave 2 stars for durability and poor design of inline button. Shortly after receiving, one side of the headset came out. I thought it just pulled lose but cane to find it broke inside the headset piece. No stress has been put on them at all, was just extending it for sizing and it came out.
The online volume/mute button is a horrible design. On almost every meeting or call, I find myself muted or with no sound. Turns out that the slightest pressure on the button will trigger either the mute or the volume to turn all the way down. Die to length of cord, that button sits almost in lap so if you lean forward at desk or put arms down in lap and accidentally touch it, it triggers. Very embarrassing to be talking on mute without realizing constantly. Or trying to figure out why you can't hear them but they hear you because the volume turned all the way down.
They are comfortable and sound great but I would not buy again based on current issues.
