I would have given this zero stars if I could... the syncing process is easy, but after a couple of weeks of use it started to freeze, not show the distance anymore, it was mess. After calling wahoo and doing a new set up with them over the phone, I tried one more time. After a few weeks, the same thing started happening again. I called them and they sent me a new one. Yesterday, the brand new replacement computer went totally berserk shutting off, turning on and displaying the setup barcode by itself. Talking to a friend of mine I found out the same thing happened to her, and she now uses another brand, which is the same thing I’m doing. I bought this because it was small and cheap. But that’s the catch, you get what you pay for, and this thing is as unreliable and poorly designed as it can be. And the reason I’m never buying anything else from this brand is: they didn’t acknowledge the online reviews I read (after the problems started) that there was something wrong with their software, which clearly there is, and keep pushing a product that doesn’t work.
