Just got the book the other day and have already made 4 recipes! All of them were easy and delicious. The miso rice cakes were to die for with the mango hemp sauce over arugula--and my husband, who is not a whole food plant based enthusiast, said they were a 10. The beautiful photography is such an asset and appetite boost. Thank you so much to Dreena and Dr. Barnard for this amazing addition to my kitchen library which I know will be stained and worn out soon!
