I received my Samsung Buds Plus on June 15th and they was dead in the box. I tried to pair them with seven different devices with no luck. The case was charged but the buds was dead no power, no chimes when touching the touch pads. I was sent what supposed to have been new unused buds at a sells price and I guess I got what I paid for. I've been buying Samsung products from Amazon for years and never have i when to do a return and was directed to contact Samsung before I returned them back to seller then I see that the warranty on the buds + needed on June 20th. How convenient for the seller that I called Samsung and now have to wait for 10 working days to give my brother in law his Father's Day gift. No sweat off the sellers back right. Well I wouldn't encourage anyone to purchase this product from them especially with items being sold with the warranty ending. I guess this is why there being sold at such a discount being broken and a warranty that ends before or right after receiving the item. I wouldn't refer this seller to my friends. Thanks for making Fathers Day so special.
