*Update 5-26-20* Company sent replacement parts to fix tipping problem (see below and images). I contacted the company via email, they responded via phone call one day later, discussed and agreed the best course of action was to send replacement parts. This was on a wednesday. The replacement parts came via USPS on a Friday. the joints were pre-tightened and allowed me to keep the monitors upright with no problem. As such I will update my review to 4 stars. Great service, great product- the only gripe I have is that there seems to be a bit of space in between the monitors no matter how you tilt or set them up, and I cannot seem to get it leveled perfectly. Given I had an issue with tilt beforehand I don't want to try too aggressively, so I knock off one star. Otherwise- would recommend

Shipping was fast
Instructions were average/ I had to watch a video to finalize some things
But the biggest letdown was the lack of support for my two monitors. I am using 25 in sceptre monitors weighing 11lbs ea( half the recommended weight limit) and no matter how right the individual bracket nut is, the mount keeps allowing the screens to tip over.

Unless I get some assistance on this I will be requesting a refund.
