I immediately reordered a different product from the same company.
You can't suppress the inner engineer, no matter how long he's been out of the business.
The picture doesn't do this product justice: what you can't see in a photo is the quality of a product's materials and the engineer and machinists behind it. This is a first-class example of simple design, done exceptionally well. There's nothing fancy about the product--it hangs a paper towel from a pegboard--and that's the beauty of its design and build: it does exactly what it was meant to do, nothing more or less.
Why I bought it: I threw out the cheap plastic alternative I bought from a major home improvement warehouse at about 60% of the price, because it turned out to be cheap and plastic. Inside a $20 price range, that means I spent an extra four bucks for this product.
Why I'm excited: I only expected a marginally better product, instead I got the best quality possible at a reasonably low price point.
