Coming of age and maturity through trial and battles both mental and spiritual defines the tale of three students. Nothing is to be taken for granted but strife; physical, emotional, and spiritual battles requiring growth and faith in a war torn paranormal world. I enjoyed the series and wonder what comes next when these three battle-tested veterans use their powers to protect the planet against future crises. Who knows what trials they may face as we all know what evil lies in the hearts of men and immortals.
