I bought a 2-pack of these three years ago for a Hawaii trip. It worked swimmingly for the snorkeling trip and beach sessions. It continued to hold up very well through several more trips to pools and beaches throughout the past three years. I've also used cheaper waterproof pouches, which held up okay and did not damage my phone. But when it came time for me to buy some more, I didn't hesitate to come back to the Mpow pouches and send a few more dollars for the quality construction and the knowledge that it'll last me a long time. The water resistance is obviously the most important feature, and this product has not let me down over the years of use. Just be careful when you open the pouch after use: make sure you dry off the top locking mechanism and the zipper seal before you open it. The touch screen sensitivity is certainly not like when you're using it without the pouch. But it's responsive enough to unlock the phone and take pictures/videos. But it will be difficult, for example, to type long emails through the pouch. Face recognition can be bit of a hit and miss. I think it may be because the camera sits quite close to the top where the pouch is sitting at an angle (and not flat against the phone). But nothing that can't be dealt with by unlocking with the passcode. Overall, it's a great product. I've obviously bought it again and will do so in the future, though I doubt I'll need to replace mine for a long, long time.
