Wen I start reading the reviews for this book I got the impression that was only for women. But isn’t it’s for anyone who wants to improve quality of life. The first dish that I cook I couldn’t believe myself all good it was and it’s was also good for my body. I was tired of all the same diets for eating every 3 hours chicken and rice or chicken and salad or chicken or whatever and I was sick and tired and I need to change my life. I’m not at Chef but this book make me very good in the kitchen I can even bake now easy recipes to follow I am European and I have a lot of work translating the ingredients but that’s was the only hard task ! Thank you for this book it was amazing work. the pantry list help a lot It was a deal maker. And so far 32 pounds lost incredible energy, skin looks amazing the collagen peptides are really good at everything that you guys wrote was good I am improving to my lifestyle I’m happy full of energy and waiting for a new book from you guys.
