This book is both well written and illustrated. It has illustrated photos of Fador showing both stand up and ground techniques. All the photos are in color and large in size. The photos also offer different angles of the same move, this makes them very easy to understand. For the price this books is a must own. A must buy for anyone interested in learning MMA from one of the best MMA fighter of all time.
