Works good, bought it specifically for making egg bites as I was tired of the overpriced Starbucks versions. I make them now in the instant pot for a cost of just under 1/2 of the $5 and change that they charge and after doing the nutrition math they are better for you as real ingredients go in and no added chemistry like Starbucks uses to preserve them. The recipe is available with a simple search. Just recommend spraying the mold with olive or avocado oil. Silicone is usually pretty nonstick but the egg tends to stick, a little spray of oil releases them a lot easier.
Going to buy another to double batch as they keep well in the fridge.
