The massager works as described. It is easy to use with easy-to-follow instructions and clean buttons. The heated parts provide a very comfortable warmth during the massage. The warranty instructions are also easy to follow. I chose the email method and Snailax replied promptly to help me active the warranty. I have been at home for months since COVID-19 and sitting all day at my desk has made my feet ache from poor circulation. I use this massager for 15 minutes as recommended, once a day, and my feet has been feeling better. Highly recommend.
