I have used the other Froglube products now for a couple of years and am pretty happy with their performance considering that they are non toxic.
I decided to try the solvent a well and have to say I am deeply disappointed. As an example when you get it into the barrel then agitate it with a brush and push patches after you left it soak in, the patches start coming out clean pretty quick giving you a false sense that the barrel is clean.
However, if you then start pushing patches with liquid CLP through after you thought it was clean you get a lot more additional fouling out.
The cleaning/breakup capabilities of this so called solvent are pretty much nonexistent.
I usually don't bother writing reviews but wanted to warn other people. Again, the other products (paste and liquid CLP) are great and if you are starting out with Froglube or are already a user and we're considering this do yourself a favor and skip this one!
