We placed this order for my high school brother. We received the first bag with detective lock. The reset button is jammed and we could not even use the lock. I asked for a replacement and was super happy that it came very next day. But our excitement didn’t last long as the lock jammed with my expensive laptop and iPads in it. My brother in Turn got into trouble from my aunt for asking all these. Very much disappointed with entire experience.
