I had pain in my feet, ankles and calves when I walked longer then a 5 minutes and recently started jogging with a friend. The first few days was like fire so I went to the internet for help and discovered this foot roller. Sure you can do the same thing on the curb but you'll look silly, feel self conscious and never do it. This is cheap, easy and can be done at home or under your desk at work. After only a few weeks of stretching a few minutes a day the pain is gone. My jogs have become an enjoyable event and walking is so relaxing.
