I’m finding this workbook to be life changing. I’ve always know I feel things and others “energy “ and emotion. This intuition has helped me a lot throughout my life. I’d just never knew there was an actual term for what I am. It’s like finally having someone understand something you’v Never been able to express in fear of seeming weird. The tools given are helpful and written with warmth. Her writing is informative but also seems more conversational than clinical text. You don’t have to be an Empath to benefit. Anyone looking for self growth and ways to be more emotionally intelligent will benefit.
