This was a good start in bringing mindfulness to the classroom, but felt that there were things missing. I felt that the characters lacked diversity, and wasn't as representative of enough classrooms. It also did not address enough reasons for having empathy for others. If students aren't personally identifying with the character, there is a gap in reasoning and choosing to be kind to classmates. "Because I would want others to do the same for me" sadly doesn't always resonate with all children.
