A while back a good friend told me to stop thinking about goal setting and start thinking about what good habits I could practice on a daily basis. I bought into that idea that small changes could yield huge results. My next step was Google and I soon became overwhelmed trying to figure out what voices to listen to. Out of that frustration, I found this book.

"Change Your Schedule, Change Your Life" offers a simple way of looking at which habits help and harm us. For example, I never knew that fasting at night was so important and why snacking in the evenings contributes to a whole set of problems. Dr. Suhas not only gives you the "what" to do but also the "why."

I highly encourage you to pick up a copy!
