This book has been ok - I guess I was kind of hoping for an index of foods to eat, or a quick reference to see if something is safe or not. Mostly common sense - eat healthy, repeats what every brochure / magazine / book says... no smoking or drinking (really!?) Vegetables are good for you, so are fruits... and protein is good for the baby.
My husband and I haven't read the whole book... there are few good sections with good info in it... but as a 'quick reference' not really what we were hoping for. We really just pick it up and glance at it here and there...
