I had no trouble at all with the egift. I received it in minutes and just went to my app and loaded a new card-- then was asked if I wanted to transfer to main card. I checked the box indicated to moved the money ; and then checked a pop up box to remove new card. Immediately my main card reflected the added amount. Took less than five minutes. Just bring up the app and follow the instructions on the app.
