Wow! I'm very impressed with this book. It contains great dietary and cooking information, weekly plans, shopping lists, recipes, allergen icons & beautiful pictures. It provides you with a sensible approach to a lifestyle change along with delicious meals. It is conscious of gluten, dairy & nut allergies. You will NOT find crazy ingredients that are difficult to find. The recipes have a prep/cook time that will fit into anyone's busy schedule. As I said, it is so much more than a cookbook. Great for Keto beginners/veterans or anyone who wants fantastic meals.
