Great recipes. Great inspiration. I especially love the dressings. I get tired of the standard olive oil and lemon (though it is my favorite) and I really don't like store bought dressings. I might just grab the dressing from a recipe because I have the ingredients for that but will make a more basic salad. So far, I've loved everything we have tried. Totally recommend this book.

So many different kinds of recipes for salads. Lots of inspiration. There is something for everyone in this book. I plan to make every salad in this book. I am glad I purchased it.

I'm surprised there aren't more glowing reviews for this cookbook. I've made three salads in the three days that I've owned it, and all were packed with flavor! There are many interesting combinations that can be served as stand-alone dinners or side dishes to accompany simple fish or meat entrees.
