This is bogus scholarship. Meroitic writing must be deciphered but this is not it. The author makes unconnected relationships in order to claim East Indian buddhists as the founders of Meroitic culture. Meroitic culture (writing and religion) is rooted in the Nile Valley, not South Asia.
