Threw it out after 70 pages. The only scientific reference I saw was based on work with cats from over 50 years ago (really).
This is drivel based on nothing. I have no idea why people listen to her, or why she has a slot with the Huffington Post.
She provides no scientific rationale for her thoughts. There is no indication in the book that she understands what science is or how to evaluate it.
Having said that, if you follow her advice, you will eat more healthily than most people in the US do.
